Local Support - We build quality homes using local tradespersons and products which help to stimulate the local economy.
Award Builder - We have won Construction Industry awards and have proved our prices to be competitive with major Adelaide builders.
Display Home - Our Display Home in Parkview Drive, Pathways, Murray Bridge means our clients will no longer have to travel long distances to view new homes.
Priced for Your Local Region - All our homes are priced on the cost to build in your local area, not on suburban Adelaide. This means that all relevant statutory requirements for building in the region are reflected in the standard price of our homes.
Required Inclusions - We include a standard footing cost and there are no additional "travel costs", increasing design wind speed, increasing insulation values, etc. which can add up to excessive additional cost to the advertised price of the Adelaide based builders.
Signing up with us - We do not sign a contract until you are 100% happy with the final price. More often than not other builders will require you to sign a contract and then add costs. You are left to feel trapped in a contract that you cannot afford.
Accessibility - We are a local business and we are accessible 7 days a week.
The selection process - The selections process is done locally in our offices located at 69 Swanport Rd, Murray Bridge. This means we can eliminate the need for our Clients to travel long distances and spend many more hours completing the selection process.
Steel Frame - We use the Supaloc steel frame system exclusively in all our quality homes. Our clients have peace of mind against termite attack. There is no shrinkage or warping of the frame so the walls are straight and true. Large areas can be spanned without the need for additional costly structural steel or large beams.
