Jac homes is a family owned building company located in the rapidly growing Rural City of Murray Bridge. We are a project home builder based in Murray Bridge and servicing the Murray Lands and surrounding areas. Due to rapidly increasing demand, we seek the services of a fulltime New Homes Building Consultant.
Whilst a proven successful sales history in the industry would be ideal or a sales background in consultative selling highly desirable, others should not be deterred from applying.
Ideally the successful candidate will possess the following:
- Own a reliable vehicle, mobile phone and either a Laptop or Home Computer
- Ability to work during normal display homes opening hours
- Ability to meet clients when & where required
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to empathise with people and turn dreams into reality
- Be a highly motivated, results driven self starter
- Able to read house plans
- A desire to earn a six figure income
