ABOUT US

John Austin Constructions commenced business in 1996 founded by John Austin and established in Tasmania developing dairy farm packages throughout Australia, consisting of dairy buildings, sheds, houses and civil works. The entire business was moved in 1999 to Murray Bridge, South Australia due to its central location.

In 2006 John and Jodie (John's daughter) started JAC Homes as another faction of the business when they saw how the bigger builders were treating their customers, they saw a need for a more honest approach to the sales process in the residential housing sector. The residential housing side of the business was very successful and ended up the main business focus.

In 2012 Jodie’s father passed away and Jodie took on the full running of the business successfully completing over a hundred homes across the Murray-lands. 

Our Team
Jodie Austin - Managing Director

Jodie is a proud local member of the community living near Tailem Bend with three young daughters one of which attends school in Murray Bridge and is involved in various community groups.

Jodie grew up on construction sites as her father worked on many government building sites throughout Australia and has developed a passion for the industry.

Jodie worked on and off for her father as a designer and estimator also spending a lot of her time laboring on site.

Graham Bullimore - Site Supervisor

Graham started working for JAC Homes in 2012.  Graham started his trade in bricklaying but not long after took up employment in supervision and construction management.  Graham has worked for many big building companies over the years, but now prefers the more relaxed and friendly atmosphere that only a smaller company can offer.
Graham Wyatt - Sales Consultant

Graham the newest member of our team started working for JAC Homes in 2015.  Graham's background is in finance. He built his home through JAC Homes, when the home was completed he applied for a Sales Consultant position, as he has built with JAC Homes he has a very clear understanding of what goes not only into the sales process but how the home comes together throughout the build.


Karan Cazzolato - Accounts Manager & Interior Designer

Karan started working for JAC Homes in 2010.  Karan lives locally and has raised her children here, much of her working life has been in bookkeeping but since working for JAC Homes Karan has found a real passion for building and design and has since sought qualifications in interior designing and loves assisting clients in this area.
