Our in-house qualified designer will take you through the selections process inspiring you to create your unique home. Our standard inclusion are only a minimum that we will work by to ensure that you get a quality home, we are happy to customise this in order for you to get quality that you require and deserve.

Total run of eight (8) metres from an existing SA Water meter to house entry point.

Gas Connection

Gas plumbing for LPG bottles or Natural Gas mains (as applicable).
Supply of gas bottles etc. is not included. (This is the owner’s responsibility).
Connection of Cooktop/HWS/Automatic Regulator (for LPG) is included.
Connection to existing underground mains point (for NG) located up to 10Lm from meter box.
Supply of Gas meter box etc. (for NG) is included.
Envestra connection fee and application (for NG) is included.

Electrical Supply

Total of twelve (12) lineal metres single phase from an existing in ground ETSA service pit.

Telstra

Telstra installation includes up to twelve (12) lineal metres of underground conduit and draw-wire placed in the same trench as the electrical cable. 


RAINWATER PROVISION

Plumbing loop to one toilet including weatherproof single powerpoint for future rainwater tank.


HANDOVER

 3-month maintenance warranty.
Interior and Exterior house clean before hand over.

Are not included in the standard price but may be included in any home and individually priced accordingly.


DISPLAY ITEMS

Display items are not included in the home price. Display items include furniture, all floor coverings (inc. floor tiles in entrances, kitchens and living areas) light fittings, window treatments, pergolas, etc.
