For over 20 years, we've helped people build homes that suit their family and the unique way they live. 

JAC Homes wanted to be a company that really took pride in building and in order to do that we needed to limit the homes we built every year, we didn't want to overstretch ourselves so that the homes became a blur in our memories, we wanted trades that know how we work to work on the homes, not forever trying to find new trades wondering if they were up to our quality standards or if they would cut corners when we were not there.

JAC Homes friendly and experienced team is here for you during the building process, keeping you in the loop throughout the whole build. For the everyday moments and the unexpected, you'll find that the staff at JAC Homes will expertly guide you through the whole process.

Over many years we work with some of the best and most experienced people in the building industry. From our design consultants through to our supervisors, our suppliers and trades, our continual mission is to give the best possible building experience for our clients and a home that JAC Homes can be proud of.

Your First Point of Contact

The first person you will meet is Ben Laughton-Gough. The building industry has been an area of interest for him ever since he was young. Building and construction fascinates him, and he is extremely interested in every aspect of the construction field. Being a people person and his love, passion and enthusiasm for the industry ensures that his assistance in helping clients makes the journey into building their dream home exciting and fun.

The Interior Designer

The next person you will meet will be Karan. Karan looks after all your interior design needs, shes a star, she just knows instinctively what works for you. Karan is constantly upgrading her knowledge and frequently taking training and always on to the suppliers with what is trending. 

The Building Manager

And the last person you will be working with who has years and years and years of experience, is Graham the Building Manager, he has a little bit of a wicked sense of humour, but he knows his stuff, he makes sure he gets to every site and scrutinises every little detail, he misses nothing and he gets the job done, with Graham behind the scenes we know the homes are getting built correctly and on time and that is why we can guarantee our build times. 

The Tradesmen

But I cannot finish off here without talking about our tradesmen, they are such a valuable part of our team, and that is exactly how we treat them, by treating them well they return the favour, our guys have been with us for many years they know exactly how we work and what we require, they don't just do, they think for our clients, if they see something they think will not work or something that may be a better solution, they do not keep this knowledge to themselves they will stop and consult us so that we in turn can consult you.
