Complete all inclusive specification list as of June 2020
GENERAL 
  •   Soil test and contour survey 
  •   Foundation design by a qualified independent engineer

COUNCIL APPROVAL

  •   Allowance 50 tonne soil export/import.
CONCRETE SLAB
